Important Shipping Update for US Customers

If your parcel was dispatched between 10th August and 5th September, it may have been affected by new tariff laws introduced in the United States. Under these regulations, all shipments — regardless of value — are now subject to import fees upon entry into the USA.


Our shipping partner, Evri, has been contacting customers directly to arrange payment of these fees. In cases where payment could not be completed or communication was unsuccessful, parcels are being returned to us.


The good news is that we can now access a new shipping service that allows us to resend your orders with all duties fully prepaid. We will cover these costs on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery.


We kindly ask for your patience while we process all affected orders. Rest assured, we are working quickly to make sure every parcel reaches you as soon as possible.
